CrossFit West Springfield offers a variety of programs that help develop individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio.

This track is geared towards the individual with goals of improving one’s strength, skill, and endurance with a more competitive mindset. These indiviuals are excited to be challenged every day inside the workouts, and want to prepare for sports and local or online CrossFit competitions.
