CrossFit Kids – Begins March 28th

A new year brings new adventures and new beginnings. We are so excited to introduce our brand new CrossFit Kids program to CrossFit West Springfield
 

The mission of CrossFit West Springfield and our CrossFit Kids program is to help your children become the best version of themselves. We are committed to empowering children and young adults with the skills necessary to maximize their physical development, understand basic nutritional concepts and form the foundation for healthy habits both mentally and physically.
 

Our CrossFit Kids program uses a combination of skill practice, workouts, and games to develop the 10 General Physical Skills. Some of which include: strength, power, stamina, coordination, and balance. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weight lifting, body weight movements, running, jump roping, and more.

A Typical Class Includes: 40 minutes

WOD (Workout Of the Day)

Program Age:
6-11 years of age

 

Weekly CF Kids Classes:
Tuesday & Thursday – 6:30pm – 7:15pm
Saturday – 10:45am – 11:30am

Program Cost:

Non-Member Child = $80
For each additional child after first = $40
Member Child = $40
For each additional child after first = $40


FUN THROUGH MOVEMENT

Our CrossFit Kids program is intended to get kids moving in new and challenging ways, all while having a ton of fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. This means that safety is our paramount concern, good form and proper technique is always stressed while practicing these movements and skills.
