Our On-Ramp Course, or foundations course is for individuals who are new to Crossfit. This course runs for 4 total classes and all classes are 60 minutes in length. It is necessary for all new members to take this course because you will learn the nine foundational Crossfit movements, as well as the proper techniques and cues to help you perform them to maximize your performance, fitness, and safety. These nine foundational movement skills are used regularly in our weekly scheduled classes and it is for this reason that it is mandatory that all new members who take the ORC be present for all of them.
Once you have completed the ORC, you will get 3 FREE unlimited weeks of CrossFit. So, in a nutshell, you will receive 4 weeks of CrossFit, three of which are free, for a low price of $99. Our next ORC will begin on December 19, 2016.
