CrossFit West Springfield has once again teamed up with Renaissance Periodization for our 2016 Fall Nutritional Challenge.
We know that you have the fitness locked down, now it’s time to get your nutrition in check so you can maximize your health and fitness goals. Our coaching staff will teach you how to use the program and maximize your fitness goals. Close out the end of the 2016 year in a good note and put your health first. Quick Details about the RP FALL CHALLENGE:
– The challenge is 12 WEEKS
– Start: Saturday, September 24, 2016
– End: Saturday, December 17, 2016
– Weigh-Ins every 2 weeks (Saturday morning)
– Teams of 4 to 5 people (for accountability) with Peer Coach
– Prize packages for the most weight and inches lost (Indiv Male, Indiv Female and Teams)
