Our February On-Ramp Course is your first step towards a healthier lifestyle built around a supportive community that will help keep you accountable and goal focused.
This program is intended for individuals new to CrossFit and will help you learn the basic, foundational movements of CrossFit and how to perform them safely to maximize your results.

- 90 minutes in length
- Instructed by one of our certified coaches
- 3 additional weeks of FREE/UNLIMITED CrossFit
- Course price = $125
After the course, enjoy 3 additional weeks of FREE and unlimited CrossFit to continue learning new skills and new ways to challenge your abilities in a fun 60 minute class.
