Back Squat 5×5 @ 90% of 5RM

*NOTES:
If the athlete did not perform last week’s back squats, have them perform that workout instead.
– Back Squat 5RM, then 90%x5x3

 

Conditioning/Sport:

For Time: 8 min. TIME CAP
50 Hang Power Cleans (manageable/challenging weight performed in consistent sets of 3-5 reps)

**TARGET INTENSITY = 9

 

Extra Work:
– Deadlift 4×3 @ 70% of 3RM
