- CROSSFIT GAMES OPEN WODS
The Crossfit Open season is upon us! Each week through the month of March, we will test our fitness individually and within our teams! As a reminder, we will not have classes on Friday afternoons and will be doing the Crossfit Open WODS in heats. The next available time will be during OPEN GYM hours on Saturday, AFTER the 9:30am Community WOD. Please be on the look out for heat wave sign-ups. Be sure to sign up for a heat when you arrive to CFWS. If you cannot find a judge, be sure to get your videos submitted to Ryan (email@example.com). For any athlete who has registered online to the “games.crossfit.com” website, all scores must be submitted the following Monday by 5pm PST.

- CFG Open WOD 17.3 – March 9, Due March 13 at 5pm PST
- CFG Open WOD 17.4 – March 16, Due March 20 at 5pm PST

- NUTRITION (RP) CHALLENGE WEIGH-IN DATES
We are in full swing of the RP Spring Challenge which officially kicked off on February 25. As in seasons past, we will have weigh-ins every 2 weeks (for accountability) and WOD challenges (for fun!) throughout the 12 weeks. The next RP Weigh In dates are below.
- Weigh In #2 – March 11: 8:00am – 9:15am
- Weigh In #3 – March 25: 8:00am – 9:15am
Please make sure to reach out to a coach if you CANNOT attend the RP Weigh In!
