There will be no classes on Memorial Day.
Gym doors will open at 10:00. The WOD will begin promptly by 10:30.

The WOD will be followed by a barbecue at the gym. We will have grills available for meats, but ask that people also bring side dishes to share. The BBQ will begin at 12:00 and end at 3:00.

Memorial Day Murph

1 Mile Run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run
**if you have body armor or a 20lb vest (10lb for women), wear it.
**partition the pull ups, push ups, and squats however you’d like.


30 minute AMRAP:

OH Walking Lunges, 25#/45# plate
