Barbell Strength: 15 minutes
Power Clean & Jerk (1+2)-(1+2)-(1+2), 3x(1+2)

*NOTES:
– 1+2 = One power clean followed by two jerks
– Use the first three sets to build to a working weight, and perform that weight for the remaining three sets.
– Use a weight which is challenging but manageable.

Conditioning/Sport

AMRAP 10:
5 Muscle-Ups
10 One Legged Squats, alternating
30 Double Unders
TARGET INTENSITY = 9

Extra Work:
– Behind the Neck Split Press [4×5]
*Get into Split Jerk stance; Hands just outside of Jerk grip.
