SKILL/STRENGTH:
Every 4 minutes for 4 sets:
10 Romanian Deadlifts, moderately heavy
10 Dumbbell or Kettlebell Press, moderately heavy
:30-60 Hollow Hold

CONDITIONING:
4 Rounds For Time:
10 Burpees
50 Double Unders
10 Handstand Pushups
(TIMECAP: 18:00, TARGET INTENSITY: 9)

EXTRA WORK:
a) 1 Pull + 1 Snatch, build to max, then 90%x1x4
Once an athlete has two misses at a given weight, they should move to their down sets.

b) Run 3x800m, work:rest 1:1
