On Ramp Course (Fundamentals)

Our On-Ramp Course, or foundations course is for individuals who are new to Crossfit.  Everyone who is a member at our facility has taken an On-Ramp Course because it teaches the nine foundational Crossfit movements, as well as the proper techniques and cues.  Understanding the foundational movements really maximizes your performance, fitness, and safety.  These nine foundational movement skills are used regularly in our weekly scheduled classes and it is for this reason that it is mandatory that all new members who take the ORC be present for all of them.
