Power Clean to max (15 minutes), then 90%x1x2 (5 minutes)

Conditioning:

EMOM 20:
Min. 1: 10 Kettle Bell Swings (HEAVY)
Min. 2: 3-5 Strict Handstand Pushup
Min. 3: :30sec Hollow Hold
Min. 4: 10 Ring Rows (Elevate feet onto 4″ plate or 20″ box)
