Barbell Strength:
Pause Snatch 2-2-2, 3×2

NOTES:
– Pause directly below knee for two seconds, then finish the lift without allowing the bar to drift downward from that position.
– Use the first three sets to build to a working weight, and perform that weight for the remaining three sets.
– Use a weight which is challenging but manageable.
– If the athlete performed the pause snatch doubles in the extra work last week, they should strive to add 5-10lbs if technique allows.

 

 

Conditioning/Sport:

4 Rounds For Time: 12 min. TIME CAP
15 Pullups
8 Burpee Box Step-Overs (24″/20″) w/Dumbbells, moderately heavy

*TARGET INTENSITY = 9
