Conditioning/Sport:

As Far As Possible in 30 minutes, In Teams of 3:
1 Deadlift, 275#/185#
3 Kipping Pullups
5 Calorie Row
2 Deadlifts
6 Kipping Pullups
10 Calorie Row
3 Deadlifts
9 Kipping Pullups
15 Calorie Row
etc.
*TARGET INTENSITY = 9

*NOTES:
– Partner A completes the series: 1 deadlift, 3 chest-to-bar pullups, 5 calorie row
– Partners B and C rest while Partner A works. When Partner A is finished, Partner B goes, then Partner C.
– When it’s Partner A’s turn again, they complete the series: 2-6-10
