CFWS will be hosting a two hour workshop with TrueForm Running, to focus on the fundamentals of running skill, endurance, & strength, in an instructional – workout format. Participants will utilize our most powerful training tool – the TrueForm Runner – to hone their running technique, as well as, complete two workouts. One workout with be endurance based, and their other strength based. This workshop is designed for all skill levels, and is appropriate for any age over 14.
The Seminar will be at Crossfit West Springfield on Saturday, May 19, 2018.
There are 3 time slots with 12 person capacity in each.
- 9:00am – 11:00am
- 11:30am – 1:30pm
- 2:00pm – 4:00pm
