Box Brief:

Tomorrow (Tuesday, Jan. 26th), we will be running our normal class schedule. First class begins at 6am sharp. We look forward to seeing everyone at the box tomorrow and having our 6AMers setting the standard for the day.

Strength:

Deadlift 1RM: 20 minutes
*Notes: Do not push to mechanical breakdown.

Conditioning:

CrossFit Games Open Workout 15.4
As Far As Possible In 8 Minutes:
3 Handstand Pushups
3 Cleans, 185#/125#
6 Handstand Pushups
6 Cleans
9 Handstand Pushups
9 Cleans
Etc.

*Notes:

  • For the HSPUs, you must bring your head down to the floor, or if you plan on using an ABMAT, you must place your hands on 25# bumper plates.
  • Scaling Option for HSPUs = BB Push Press (use same weight you plan on using for Cleans, so choose wisely).
