Back Squat: build to a 1 REP MAX

 

 

Conditioning:

AMRAP 4:
3 rounds of:
8 Thrusters, 100#/65#
8 Lateral Burpees (over bar)

*NOTES:
If you complete three full rounds, extend the workout to 8 minutes.
If you complete six full rounds, extend the workout to 12 minutes.
If you complete nine full rounds, extend the workout to 16 minutes.
Etc.
