SCALING GUIDE
Power Snatch: Athlete should be able to complete each round in no more than two minutes. Scale load accordingly.
Toes-to-Bar: Athlete should be able to complete each round in no more than two minutes.
MOD1: Scale Reps accordingly.
MOD2: Hanging straight leg raise, as high as possible.
MOD3: Knee tucks
MOD4: Knee tuck + Toes to KB Handle
Thruster: Athlete should be able to complete each round in no more than two minutes. Scale load accordingly.
Burpee: Athlete should be able to complete each round in no more than three minutes. Scale repetitions accordingly.
MOD1: Squat thrust (down to top of push up then back up)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull: Athlete should be able to complete each round in no more than two minutes. Scale load accordingly.
Wall Ball: Athlete should be able to complete each round in no more than two minutes. Scale load/reps/height accordingly.

EXTRA WORK:
1) Deadlift 3×3, use 70% of 5RM
