STRENGTH:
Back Squat 5RM, then 90%x5x3

CONDITIONING:
4 Rounds For Time:
10 Strict Pullups
30 Goblet Squats (32kg/24kg)
(TIMECAP: 16:00, TARGET INTENSITY: 8)
*Athlete should complete each round in 2:00-2:30.
