Strength:

Performing a set every 90 seconds:
Deadlift to max double, then 90%x2x2 (2 sets of 2 reps)

*Start at approximately 80% of 1RM. 90% down sets are based on today’s double.

 

Conditioning:

AMRAP 14:
10 Russian Kettlebell Swings (32kg/24kg)
10 Strict Chest-to-Bar Pullups

*KBS height no higher than forehead.
