Barbell Strength:

Clean & Jerk: 10 Rep Max

*Notes
Any clean & jerk variation is acceptable.
Touch-and-Go at floor. The athlete may rest with the bar at the hang, front rack, overhead, or back rack. Any variation of clean and any variation of jerk are acceptable.

Conditioning:

3 rounds for Total Time and Max Reps:
Row 750 meters
Max reps of Toes to Bar (or scaled option), in 60 seconds
*Rest 3 minutes between efforts
*Score is total time of each Row and max reps of TTB
