Pullup: Athlete should be able to complete each round in no more than four sets with short breaks. Scale repetitions accordingly. Scale movement to jumping pullup. Make sure athletes performing jumping pullup know to jump and quickly drop, not slowly lower themselves.
1) Strict Pullup 2 x 3-4 reps from failure
2) Single Arm DB Bench Press, 5 x 6/arm (TEMPO: 42X2)
