Our CrossFit program incorporates multi-modal skills based around Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics, and Aerobic fitness. Through these various training methods, you will maximize your overall strength, speed, endurance and flexibility.
This track is geared towards the individual with goals of improving one’s strength, skill, and endurance with a more competitive mindset. These individuals are excited to be challenged every day inside the workouts, and want to prepare for sports and local or online CrossFit competitions.
This program is for kids ages 6-13 and will focus on good movement throughout childhood. Our kids classes are meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. We will provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits and will scale for any age or experience level.
This program is specific to athletes of all gender, skill level, or athletic goals. A two step approach of proper neuromuscular pattern development and strength and power training is incorporated in the class.
