This track is geared towards the individual with goals of improving one’s strength, skill, and endurance with a more competitive mindset. These individuals are excited to be challenged every day inside the workouts, and want to prepare for sports and local or online CrossFit competitions.
The PRIMARY FOCUS for this program is to help athletes achieve a higher level of fitness as they pursue CrossFit for “sport”. This program has some similarities to our “FITNESS” class workouts, however additional time will be dedicated to strength, gymnastics development, and aerobic capacity.
Additional characteristics of this program will include: heavier loads, higher intensities for sport pieces, and a heavy dose of additional volume
