Workhorse Weightlifting

Program Goals

This training program is broken into a 2-day a week and 4-day a week supplemental program geared towards athletes of all levels who are looking to develop a better understanding of their Olympic weightlifting technique.

The Workhorse Weightlifting program consists of 90 minute classes, lead by Head Coach Madison Fox, focusing on technique drills, accessory skills, and steady progressions to help athletes improve confidence and consistency with their lifts.

Our Workhorse Weightlifting program is a great complement to our CrossFit program or for anyone who wants to focus solely on Olympic weightlifting.

Access to this program will also include:

  • Guided Programming provided by Coach Madison
  • Access to the Workhorse Weightlifting Facebook group, where our coaches will answer questions about the programming and review video of your lifts when needed.
